Order Cancellations

For any cancellation of an order you should contact us at 2103247525. Orders that remain pending due to lack of communication, incorrect information, lack of availability or non-payment of the required amount, at the end of 5 calendar days are automatically canceled. Also, our company can cancel after the end of 5 calendar days, an order if no valid payment is made by the Customer.

Product returns

Any return of products is made only by telephone at 2103247525. The product must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt (Retail Receipt or Invoice - Delivery Note). Returns are only accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are in exactly the same condition in which they were received.

The return is the responsibility of the Customer. For the return of the products, except in the case of the carrier, the buyer is charged with the cost of delivery and return shipping.

Refunds of returned products are made after the Company has received the product and checked its condition and within the first 10 days from the date of completion of the return.

Any product that is damaged or incomplete will not receive compensation.
